International orders are shipped express from Bali, Indonesia, Monday to Friday via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically takes about 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during holidays or to remote areas.

To ensure a smooth delivery, kindly include a local phone number with your order.

Import duties are not covered in the shipping fees.

To initiate a return, please email info@lostinparadisestore.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

You can choose between a refund or a credit note on full priced items.

• Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
• Jewelry cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
• Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Sale items can not be refunded for change of mind.
