Policy of order acceptance

Pour receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Lostinparadisebali.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Lostinparadisebali.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Delivery

The stated delivery times are estimates only.   Lostinparadisebali.com will not be held accountable for loss or damage relating to late deliveries.If a partial delivery is required due to stock limitations Lostinparadisebali.com will ship the remainder of the items free of charge at a date that will be confirmed through respective notification via email.If goods are not going to be made available again at a later date then Lostinparadisebali.com will offer the choice of a partial delivery or cancellation of order.

Risk and title

The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.

Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges and we have accepted your order.

Receipt of goods by customer

Upon receipt of the goods the buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods and notifying lostinparadisebali.com within 48hours of the receipt of the goods if there is a fault.

International Customs Charges

If you order Products from our site for delivery outside Indonesia, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that Lostinparadisebali.com have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws or costs associated with import duties /charges.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. All credit cards are charged in Indonesian Rupiah. Non- Indonesian currency figures are all approximations based on an exchange rate

Refunds & Returns

Returns must be in as new condition with tags attached unless faulty.

Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturer's warranty.

Special return offers apply to individuals only.

We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.

We will happily exchange or refund your item provided the item and its packaging are in the original un–used condition with the original tags attached.

Returns must be made within the timeframe listed on the returns page unless faulty.

Any items returned outside of this period (unless faulty) or items returned damaged or soiled (unless faulty) will be the responsibility of the customer to return. Lostinparadisebali.com will not be responsible for the cost of returning these items to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled if they have not been dispatched. If the goods have been shipped Lostinparadisebali.com reserves the right to refuse order collation and or charge a respective fee for cancellation in the event we are able to request a return of goods from the respective courier company.

Credit Card Payments

All transactions via credit cards are subject to pre-authourisation checks to confirm that funds are available for the transaction.
