Return Policy


We are continuing to ship all orders and process returns without delay; however, you may experience shipping delays .We will continue to update you if any delays are expected. We have also extended our returns period to 60 days.

Once you receive the goods you have a week to decide if you want to keep them or return the items and you will need to confirm this with us. Due to our current situation and if you are not able to return the items in the post again email us and we are understanding of this. The Items purchased still need to follow the return requirements of labels/tags still in place and items unworn.


In the event that you receive any of our products that are faulty, please advise us within the time frame given below and we will process the situation.

  • Refunds (full price items) up to 45 days from date of purchase


  • Exchanges (full price items) up to 7 days from date of purchase
  • Refunds (full price items) up to 7 days from date of purchase

Returns Process
If the goods are faulty and you would like to return them to us, please follow the simple steps below:

  1. Please send us an email along with a photo of the product and please explain the fault or problem with as much detail as possible–our email address is :  info@lostinparadisestore.com
  2. Once confirmation has been given by Lost in Paradise for the replacement of goods to proceed, please send the product in its original packing and labeling back to:

  1. Please include the copy of the original invoice with the goods.  This is essential for us to receive the goods. Please write on the package “Returned Goods”

  2. If further damage or loss of the goods occurs when the products are being returned to our office, Lost in Paradise will not be liable.
  3. Upon receipt of the goods we will inspect them and providing they are in good order we will either authorize a credit or return.
  4. International exchanges will be charged a re-shipping fee to have the new goods shipped back to you.
  5. Refunds not applicable on sale or promotional items.
