COVID-19 UPDATE: SHIPPING & RETURNS
We are continuing to ship all orders and process returns without delay; however, you may experience shipping delays . We will continue to update you if any delays are expected. We have also extended our returns period to 60 days.

Once you receive the goods you have a week to decide if you want to keep them or return the items and you will need to confirm this with us. Due to our current situation and if you are not able to return the items in the post again email us and we are understanding of this. The Items purchased still need to follow the return requirements of labels/tags still in place and items unworn.

WE OFFER FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS ABOVE $150

If your orders are below $150, shipping cost will be automatically calculated and added on check out page.

Please be advised that due to courier services here in Indonesia, your parcel could take up to 3-5 days globally to arrive (delays could be incurred due to covid) and a tracking number will get sent to you. If there are further import duties, VAT excise or other import taxes on entry into the customers respective country. Lost in Paradise will not be liable for these extra charges and duties. Please check with your local authorities as to what these charges may be.

FREE SHIPPING ALL OVER INDONESIA

Postage within Indonesia is approx 3-4 working days with all items being sent via registered mail with a respective tracking number.

Our couriers deliver during normal business working hours and will require a signature on delivery, therefore, we suggest your order is delivered to a work address rather than a home address.

If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card with contact details and a number which you can reference when speaking with the courier company for re-delivery of your goods.
