We will then respond your email and allow you access to our wholesale lists.

 

Minimum orders

There is a minimum order for each style of 10 pcs per color per style.

 

For total order there is a minimum order of 200pcs.

 

Deposit

We will require 35% of total invoice cost deposit and the balance to be paid in full before we release/ship the goods.  Title remains with PT Fajah Bali Mandiri until full payment is received.

 

Quantities & Pricing

Up to 200 pcs/ item can be ordered via the bulk order form, if you require more than this please contact us directly.

 

For greater quantities we also provide further tiers of pricing which can made available upon request.

Production time

Normal production time is from 4-8 weeks depending on size of order and respective models.  This production time will be further clarified at time of enquiry

 

Freight

We are able to ship via DHL, FEDEX, TNT through our account which is further billed to yourselves.  Similarly the goods are able to be picked up by your preferred freight agency from our own factory at Jl Raya Muding 55, Padang Sambian, 80117  - Tel 0361 9090210

 

Branded and White label goods

We are able to provide branded goods from one of our in-house brands (Lost in Paradise, Tears of Joy, Veritas et Liberte or Citizens of the Sun) however if a customer would like these goods produced as a ‘white label’ service (the customer wants their own label put in)  we can also do this.

 

We are able to have the label/ labelling of the respective customer made on their behalf and pass on the relevant costs to the customer.

 

 

Restock orders

Restocking orders can be provided by two methods:

1. Manufacturing the goods from our facility
2. Providing goods directly from our current stock holding

Restocking orders are able to supplied in broken size format and there is no minimum order.

 

Returns

Upon receipt of your shipment please kindly check all items and if you require for goods to be returned or report any damages, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the shipment.

 

Payments

 

Payments are to be made in full by Telegraphic Transfer to our Bank account which will be provided prior to transaction
